Berry Chia Pudding

when you have a sweet tooth but want to be good,

there's this Mixed Berry Chia Pudding craving killer!




INGREDIENTS :

2 very ripe organic bananas (peeled)

2 cups organic fresh berries of choice (i used strawberries)

1 cup frozen organic mixed berries (i used blueberries, strawberries & raspberries)

4 tablespoons organic grade A maple syrup

1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon organic beet root powder

1/8 teaspoon salt of choice (i used kosher salt)

1/2 cup organic chia seeds

OPTIONAL : 1oz hemp CBD oil


INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Place the bananas, frozen berry blend, fresh berries, maple syrup, vanilla + salt (+ optional hemp CBD oil) in high powered blender and blend for 45 seconds.

  2. Transfer the mixture to large container with fitted top - whisk in chia seeds until well combined (if you do not like the bubbble consistency of chia seeds you can blitz the chia seeds in blender in step 1)

  3. Refrigerate for 1-2hours or overnight, until the mixture has solidified into pudding consistency. Serve in glass or bowl, top with fresh fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes if desire....ENJOY!!!
